Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This policy explains what information Intelis collects when you contact us through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep the public site deliberately light: the only information we ask for is what you choose to send when requesting a confidential briefing.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, which typically include:
- Your name, so we know who we are corresponding with.
- Your email address, so we can reply.
- Your organisation (where you choose to share it), to understand context.
- Your message — the objective and background you decide to include.
We ask that you keep initial enquiries high-level and avoid sending sensitive subject detail through the public form. Where an engagement proceeds, sensitive information is moved to a controlled channel agreed with you.
Live chat
If you open the chat window on this site, the conversation is handled by an AI assistant operated by Genyra on our behalf, with an analyst able to join at any point. What you type is stored alongside our other enquiries so we can respond to you, and it is treated the same way as anything you send through the briefing form.
The chat keeps a small record in your browser's local storage so your conversation survives a page refresh. Nothing else about your browsing is stored. As with the form, please keep chat general and do not send sensitive subject detail — the assistant is instructed to say the same, and to move specifics to a controlled channel.
Visitor statistics
We measure how this site is used so we can improve it. The measurement is our own — there is no third-party advertising or tracking service involved — and it is deliberately anonymous: it sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, so it cannot follow you between visits or across other websites.
What is recorded for each page view is limited to:
- The page address, and whether it was the page you arrived on.
- The website that referred you, where you came from an external link, and any campaign tags in the address.
- A broad device category (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the country your request came from, derived from information your browser and our network provider already send.
We do not store your IP address and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. These statistics are held in the same Genyra systems described below.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess the fit and scope of a potential engagement. We do not use enquiry details for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.
How your information is handled
Submissions are processed through secure systems operated by Genyra, the technology company behind Intelis. Access is limited to those who need it to respond to and assess your enquiry, and activity is handled with discretion.
Consent
By submitting an enquiry you consent to us using the information you provide for the purposes described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop processing and remove your enquiry details unless we are required to retain them.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement or correspondence, after which it is removed in line with our internal data-retention practices.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared through this site. Email [email protected] and we will action your request.
